Liz's trip in March

Oh the month of March is so fun because we get to celebrate with Liz. It was such beautiful weather in the DC area (got up to 85 degrees one day and without that summer humidity it was heaven). We had a blast! She comes to the Falls Church area first to see Jeff and me. Eric and Sallee come up for the weekend. And then we all head to Richmond where Eric and Sallee live to spend the next weekend with them. So we get a whole 10 days of fun-a -rama. Liz's fun girlfriends were able to come and visit as well for a few days. So Izzy and I were able show them around downtown DC.

 This was the weekend in Richmond. After a beautiful walk along the railroad and water, we hit up a great pizza joint. The restaurants in Richmond are so good! 

 This was at the beginning of the trip. I went downtown to take maternity pictures for my good friend Kaylyn who was pregnant. Izzy came with me. We went to this beautiful park right on Capital Hill (that not a lot of people know about) and it had beautiful tulips! Wow it was amazing. So I decided to bring Izzy's Easter dress and take a few shots of her. This is Izzy chillin like a villian while I took Kaylyn's pics. Right after this, Liz came and met us after she flew in. Izzy was so excited to see her!

 This was one of our first nights. We did our favorite thing... BBQ'd on our porch. Liz's friend Laura joined us and we had so much fun. Later we just played games and talked. Love those nights. 

Here we are at National Harbor. This is my most favorite place. We ate lunch at Rosa Mexicana, played on the beach by the harbor, shopped at the famous "peeps" store (perfect timing for Easter coming up) and had a little ice cream. 

We had so much fun this trip!!
