While we were in Utah we were so lucky to be able to get up to Hebgen! Oh wow did we miss that place. And Jeff had been working so hard it was such a great vacation for him! A full week at Hebgen... nothing better.
We flew into Utah on a late Friday night. And Izzy did great on the plane! oh my gosh I was so nervous, I don't know how mom's do it with 3 + kids (Chels you are my hero). I was stressing out all morning and the minute we got to the airport, Izzy was just so mesmerized by everything she couldn't stop smiling and looking around. And then the minute we get on the plane she was asleep. She pretty much slept the whole time which was nice. I was so glad to have Jeff there though!
One thing that totally helped us while on the flight was laying Iz on a pillow- so just a little note if any of you fly with an infant. It helped so much!
The next morning we had to get a bunch of random stuff done in Utah and then we were off to Hebgen.
We had such a great time making food, sleep in, watching movies, playing games, sitting by the lake and waterskiing (well Jeff, my dad and Eric did:)). It was such a relaxing time!
My family was able to come up halfway through the week which was fun
Every night we were addicted to "Settlers of Cataan"- I use to hate that game and now I really like it!
One night Jeff and Eric whipped up these amazing burritos with homemade tortillas (thanks to Eric) and homemade guac and salsa (thanks to Jeff)
I can't believe how much Iz slept up there! She would seriously sleep all day and just wake up to be fed and then go right back down. I am thinking it was the altitude?! It was amazing! She was so relaxed. We would literally bundle her up with 4 different layers... so then she couldn't really move her arms haha. She was so cute.
Here is E wood tearing it up on the waterski

Before we went to the Wood cabin- we stayed in our favorite little cabins in West Yellowstone. It was so nice- we would be all cozy and warm, watch movies, football games, and go out to dinner.
Here is Iz all dressed up for her first day of church ;) just a little pink is all!
Eric, Sallee, me and Jeff- it was so fun to have Sallee and Trish up there!
One day we stopped at this awesome burger place and had a little lunch on the lake
The minute Jeff got on the boat he was the happiest i've ever seen him!
This is our most favorite picture of her :).
We had such a great time! The hardest thing about going to Hebgen is having to leave... hopefully we will be back there soon!
