34 Weeks

I can't believe how fast time has gone... I am actually 35 weeks now- but here are some pics we took last week. Am I the only one that starts freaking out right now? As amazing as labor and delivery is... why can't they just put you out?!! Anesthesia would be so much better :) I'm only kidding...

The nights here are so pretty right now. It is so freaking hot in the day but then at least we can enjoy the beautiful walks at night! All of you who were jealous of us living in Miami- don't be jealous now with 90 degrees and 100% humidity!
The beach is still so much fun. We now just live in the water with it being so hot. It's nice having a warm ocean over here! (vs. cali that can sometimes be cold!) We still love our Saturday traditions of sleeping in, going on a run (well I walk while Jeff runs), packing our lunch and heading to the beach. Obviously things are going to change soon! But hopefully she likes the beach :)

Best 6 Years of My Life

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY ANNIVERSARY...
My favorite holiday of the year...
I can't believe that it has been 6 years! What an amazing life we have had together.
I remember someone said at our Wedding Dinner- "Katie... because you are marrying Jeff, you will laugh everyday of your life. And get ready because you out of everyone else will have THE funnest life ever".
and I couldn't agree more! that... i have had
i have laughed everyday
i have heard the words "i love you more than anything" everyday
and everyday i wonder... how i got him
you tell me i'm beautiful everyday... and even being 8 months pregnant...i couldn't wish for anything more
never have i met someone with as big of a heart as yours my love
never in my wildest dreams did i think i could love you more than the day i married you
thank you for choosing me...
here's to many more amazing memories and anniversaries
love you more my love...

some of you may not know that on our wedding night jeff picked me up and we jumped in the pool at our reception. I had no idea what he was going to do. He came over to me while I was talking to some guests and said "I'm going to need to borrow her for a minute". I said "why is your suit coat off, and your shoes and socks off?" He then picked me up and started running towards the pool. I couldn't believe it. It was a great ending to a great reception. I loved it then... and I still love it now. Random people will come up to me and say "weren't you the one that was pushed into the pool in your wedding dress?"... and I make sure to correct them and let them know that my husband went in with me :) he luckily didn't throw me or push me into the pool! Best memory ever.
What I REALLY wanted was to try and upload our wedding video on You Tube (of us jumping in the pool) and then maybe just maybe we would be featured on Ellen. How awesome would that be? But I can't figure it out... if you have suggestions let me know :)
I surprised Jeff with a romantic dinner on the water. We ate at this fabulous restaurant at the Grove Isle hotel in Coconut Grove. Beautiful scenery and great food!
this is just outside the restaurant
the walkway around the hotel

I had the yummy ribs
and he had the duck
It was so fun to get out for a night and eat out! Especially a week night when Jeff got home at 7:00 p.m. loved every minute of it :)
Thanks for a great anniversary my love!

Getting ready to welcome her to her room

It is sure fun setting up a nursery :). These are just the starters- more to come when it's all done!

I had to post it...

Jeff works so hard every week sometimes I don't see him until midnight or later... if I'm lucky I'll see him at 8 or 9 pm. He is such a hard worker! Luckily he loves what he is doing and is learning a ton. A couple weeks ago- I'm chillin in the apartment and at 5 min to 6:00- the door opens and there he was. What?! I was so happy! We had to take a picture to document it. He was so cute and came home from work early so that we could finish the nursery :)
